Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our team at Intermex Wire Transfer, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting our financial services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, including wire transfers, bill payments, and other financial services.
  • Sales and Promotions: Promote our financial services to customers, including wire transfers, top-ups, and other products.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and send daily reports to Store Operations, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services or sales environment.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual skills in English and Spanish required, with good written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
