Role Summary
The full-time Teller role involves delivering high-quality customer service, executing banking transactions, managing cash drawers, and making referrals as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and efficiently resolving any issues.
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and orders in accordance with established policies.
- Manage cash handling and balance drawers with precision, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Effectively utilize technology for transaction processing.
- Contribute to achieving sales referral objectives.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Be flexible with scheduling and willing to assist at different branches as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in cash handling, customer service, or an office setting.
- On-site presence is required for this position.
- Availability during standard branch hours.
Essential Skills:
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Attention to detail in cash handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant experience in customer service, cash handling, and sales.
- Demonstrated success in resolving customer concerns and delivering exceptional service.
- Experience in cash drawer management and banking operations.
