Job Title: VP of Marketing

About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. As the VP of Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives demand generation, sales pipeline growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute our go-to-market strategy to drive demand generation and sales pipeline growth
  • Own and manage marketing campaigns execution across digital marketing, social media, content, and events marketing
  • Build and execute ABM programs working in partnership with sales to identify top target accounts in strategic industry segments
  • Implement customer marketing demand generation programs that focus on up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Analyze and report on key marketing metrics through the entire funnel and pipeline journey
  • Optimize demand generation execution, by leveraging data to refine strategies and optimize marketing spend, ensuring high ROI across all marketing channels
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on the effective relay of customer value proposition, aligning messaging and marketing efforts with sales objectives
  • Manage external partnerships, including agencies, PR, and creative vendors, to amplify our brand presence, in the industry
  • Stay ahead of industry and market trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to our marketing efforts and go-to-market strategy
Requirements
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS technology or software companies, with 7+ years in a demand generation marketing leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and executing go-to-market strategies to drive growth across marketing functions
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with demonstrated success mentoring and developing talent
  • Strategic yet able to execute and effectively work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics effectively
  • Positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with strong work ethic
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with or within the hospitality industry is a plus
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $180,000 to $220,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401k plan, flexible PTO policy, and paid parental leave.
