Job Summary

The Regional Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact and mentor between UniPro Members, key Supplier Partners, and internal UniPro Staff. This role is responsible for increasing Member participation, engagement, and earned income, thereby enhancing Members' profitability and overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive business relationships with assigned Members and approved Suppliers within the designated territory.
  • Provide consultative value to key contacts and decision-makers, ensuring growth, competitive posture, and increased profitability.
  • Identify and evaluate Member needs, mission, and strategies to promote and sell programs that align with their criteria and UniPro's cooperative goals.
  • Analyze and monitor sales against defined metrics, goals, and objectives to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Enhance Member earned income and profitability through increased participation in key cooperative programs and purchases through approved Suppliers.
  • Prepare and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration within the assigned region.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) due to travel requirements.
  • Ability to attend national meetings, such as biannual Category Management and annual Partners Plus Conferences.
  • Qualification and targeting of new Member prospects, providing detailed information and recommendations to the Executive VP Member Development.
Working with UniPro

As a Regional Sales Associate, you will work closely with UniPro Members, Suppliers, and internal teams to achieve company goals and objectives. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing Member profitability, and promoting UniPro's cooperative programs.
