About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at BankTalent HQ. As a key member of our private banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional service and expertise to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the principal account and relationship manager for new and existing clients, providing tailored financial solutions and advice.
  • Focus on generating, managing, and servicing a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
  • Responsible for credit analysis and proper loan structuring, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible financial solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and follow-up on new client leads, leveraging existing relationships and referrals to drive business growth.
  • Call on existing relationships to review portfolios and make recommendations as needed, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible financial solutions.
Requirements
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in lending, sales, banking products, and services, or other directly related experience.
  • Must have series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
  • Extensive knowledge of banking, commercial lending, mortgages, investments, trusts, affinity, and insurance products and services.
  • Ability to display sound judgment and strong sales, self-management, credit analysis, loan structuring, applicant interviewing, and perceptive character judgment skills.
  • Extensive working knowledge in financial planning, enabling recognition of investments, brokerage sales, and referral possibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commitment to a high degree of service quality.
  • Advanced computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $130,000 - $180,000 annually, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.
