Job Title: Patient Gateway Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Gateway Support Specialist to join our team at Cynet Systems. As a Patient Gateway Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families through professional, efficient, and effective telephone and online interactions.

Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and effective support to patients and families through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and instant messaging.
* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Utilize ITIL best practices to manage and resolve customer issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new technologies and processes.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience with computers, web browser software, and the Internet.
* Prior healthcare experience preferred.
* Prior experience in a customer or patient services role with phone experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills (verbal and written), listening skills, and patience.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work requirements.
* Ability to be flexible, versatile, and adaptable in day-to-day activities.
* Knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems, and browsers.
* Knowledge of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
* Familiarity with customer services applications (e.g., ServiceNow, Service Manager) a plus.
* Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) best practices a plus.
* Bilingual/Multilingual a plus.
