Senior Hardware Engineer Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer with 7+ years of high voltage and automotive electronics design experience. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of circuit design for high voltage applications, power supplies, embedded systems, analogue electronics, and digital electronics.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high power (3-200kW) and high voltage (100-800V) circuits, including simulation, component selection, and analysis.
  • Participate in hardware design reviews and engineering quote activities, including architecture definition and BOM development.
  • Develop power electronics technology and component usage roadmaps, and engage in technical discussions with customers.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead structured problem-solving activities.
Requirements
  • BSEE (or equivalent); MSEE preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of automotive circuit design experience.
  • Experience in High Voltage circuit design (Inverter, On-Board Charger, DC-DC, BMS) preferred.
  • Ability to lead structured problem-solving activities and detailed knowledge of design for high voltage components.
  • Strong understanding of automotive electronics manufacturing processes and methods, and knowledge of Design for EMC and Design for Manufacturing.
  • Detailed understanding of Automotive Product Development process (v-model).
