Job Title: Quality Improvement Specialist

UCAN (Chicago) is seeking a highly skilled Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Improvement Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of services and programs at UCAN.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance program effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Program Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of programs to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with program staff to ensure open communication and a collaborative approach to quality improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for program enhancements.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to program staff on quality improvement principles and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality improvement or program evaluation.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
