We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager II - Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team at Care. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for delivering initiatives that enhance our value proposition of trust and safety for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and measure current trust scenarios and risk exposure, and develop data-backed recommendations to mitigate these risks.
  • Prioritize solutions based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Lead key projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business results and mitigate brand risk.
  • Work on a product team to build, launch, and improve new and existing features that enhance trust and safety.
  • Ensure the availability and integrity of product data and facilitate post-analysis learning.
  • Create detailed and clear product & testing requirements powered with metrics and OKRs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with a focus on trust and safety.
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably in a consumer-focused or marketplace service.
  • Capable of driving clarity while balancing multiple perspectives and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable diving into ambiguous technical problems, working closely with engineering teams.
  • Experience working with Machine Learning and AI tools and partnering with Data Scientists to glean insights from data and build models that scale.
  • A quantitative degree (mathematics, engineering, computer science) is preferred.
  • Experience developing product and user interface requirements.
  • Ability to think strategically and implement methodically. Strong team-orientation.
  • Ability to originate new creative ideas that are backed by data and to communicate those ideas to the team.
  • Detail-oriented, results-oriented & well organized with excellent follow-through.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiar with both front end and back end work, working with a full stack development team to build features.
