About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager - Technical to join our Catalog Integrity team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and enhancing technical product features to improve abuse detection and prevention activities.

This is a global role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous customer experience improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a product roadmap and deliver projects to achieve long-term vision of the product.
  • Provide metrics to measure abuse, risk, and provide meaningful feedback to technology and business teams.
  • Review and analyze abuse-related data and develop corresponding detection and enforcement treatments.
  • Develop vision and goals for new launch programs and guide partner teams toward a common mission.
  • Establish a partnership with senior business leaders to develop and lead continuous improvement strategy across multiple global sites.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
  • Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight.
  • Experience building and driving adoption of new tools.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
