Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our Strategic Sales Team in New York. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, evangelizing our managed service offering, and expanding awareness of our end-to-end solution to advertisers and independent ad agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Achieve fiscal and strategic goals by cultivating and nurturing connections with marketing agencies and brands.
  2. Oversee sales forecasting tools and reporting, collaborating with local Trading and Account management teams to achieve client goals.
  3. Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, adapting communication style to persuade and positively influence outcomes.
  4. Recognize business challenges that Nexxen's solutions can address and innovate and implement solutions for unarticulated needs and both new and existing market requirements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising, selling insertion order media and managed services to brands and independent ad agencies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
  • Understanding of the Adtech ecosystem, including DSP, SSP, DMP, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, or other online advertising technology.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients.
  • Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and independent advertising agencies in the local area and in the region.
  • Ability to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles involving multiple internal and external teams.
  • Accustomed to building own processes to hold yourself accountable in sales cycle.
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence.
  • Successful negotiation experience, producing impactful results.

What We Offer

Nexxen offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000, with the potential for an incentive or bonus. We also provide a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
