Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hospice Registered Nurse - RN IPC. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

As a Hospice Registered Nurse - RN IPC, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for your assigned patients. You will work closely with the Director-Clinical Operations (DCO) and Team Director (TD) to receive patient assignments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Your duties will include providing education to patients and caregivers on medication management, personal care, and oral hygiene, as well as assisting with lifting, moving, ambulation, and exercise.

This is a day shift position, 7am-7pm, with two shifts per week and every other weekend rotation. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 per hour, plus applicable shift differential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients/families
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers
  • Assist with physical care tasks

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher required
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in hospice or home health nursing required
