About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator RN to join our team at the Detroit Medical Center. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $88,000 per year, plus benefits.

As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating shared decision-making among staff, improving unit throughput and reducing Length of Stay (LOS). You will also be responsible for providing in-service programs to assist staff in maintaining or enhancing their competence in fulfilling job responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate shared decision-making among staff
  • Improve unit throughput and reduce LOS
  • Provide in-service programs to assist staff
Requirements
  • Associate Degree/Diploma required; BSN preferred
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by the state of Michigan
  • One to two years of progressively more responsible experience with evidence of increasing leadership abilities
