Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

KREWE is an innovative eyewear company inspired by the vibrant culture of New Orleans. We're seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our digital, wholesale, and retail initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging digital assets for paid social and search platforms, including Instagram, Google, and YouTube.
  • Develop highly performant email creative to support campaigns.
  • Brainstorm and research graphic concepts to drive results in a rapidly changing digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with the creative and performance marketing teams to concept and execute new brand creative.
  • Assist in the digital production of e-commerce assets, including cropping, exporting, and renaming images.
  • Support seasonal projects, including out-of-home print assets and social creative.
  • Contribute to the creation of external and internal assets, such as brand decks, invites, marketing materials, and business cards.
Requirements:
  • BA/BFA in Design or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of post-college design experience.
  • Strong design aesthetic and interest in fashion.
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for growing and pushing brand direction forward.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on digital and print design.
  • Excellent typography skills and ability to apply modern design aesthetics.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative portfolio showcasing print and digital design experience.
