Position Overview:
As a Junior Instructor/Trainer, you will play a vital role in an enterprise-wide initiative that ensures effective training and development within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement moderately complex training sessions and educational programs.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with users, vendors, and supervisors to address inquiries and provide support.
- Generate weekly training reports and participate in regular team meetings.
- Monitor and update the Training Tracker and manage distribution lists.
Qualifications:
Experience: A background in administrative roles or customer service is preferred.
Education: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
Clearance: Candidates must possess a Secret clearance.
Certifications: No specific certifications are required for this position.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to stand and walk as necessary.
- Ability to bend and navigate to perform assigned duties.
- Ability to lift light to moderate equipment as required.
