Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Structural Design Manager to join our team at Resiliency. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design of civil and structural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of civil and structural projects, including preparation of detailed drawings and 3D models.
  • Direct and mentor junior designers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with engineers to review and verify accuracy of drawings.
  • Analyze the effect of proposed changes and recommend solutions or alternate construction options.
  • Generate 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CADWorx Structure 2018 or later versions.
  • Assist in reviewing shop fabrication steel drawings and site development drawings.
  • Proficient in Navisworks software for design reviews.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's Degree from a Technical Institution preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years' of experience in civil and structural design.
  • AutoCAD software experience required.
  • CADWorx software experience preferred.
  • Field experience required.
  • Experience in offshore oil & gas platforms, onshore gas processing, or refining industry required.
  • Small project lead experience required.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to think creatively and produce new concepts or ideas.
  • Ability to make decisions and take actions to solve problems or reach goals.
