Team Overview

Our dedicated team specializes in conducting SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examinations, along with providing consulting services for these assessments. We engage directly with a diverse clientele, ranging from startups to large enterprises.

At Moss Adams, you will enhance your understanding of our assurance and consulting services while collaborating with project managers, clients, and colleagues on various consulting and auditing projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee SOC engagements, ensuring client expectations are met, budgets are adhered to, and comprehensive reporting is delivered.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of exceptions and manage all analytical, technical, and research tasks.
  • Work closely with Managers and Senior Managers to address review processes, reporting, and technical challenges.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients and engage in networking and business development initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a focus in business, finance, accounting, or information systems is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in information technology is required, showcasing a progressive enhancement of skills and responsibilities in IT internal controls and processes.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a public accounting or consulting firm is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are preferred. If not certified, candidates must meet educational requirements to obtain licensure upon hire.
  • Proven ability to lead IT audit engagements, collaborating as part of a team for larger projects and independently for smaller ones.
  • Exceptional client service skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • A collaborative team player who is oriented towards meeting deadlines.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 10-30%.
