This is an excellent opportunity with a growing organization to engage in air quality permitting and regulatory compliance across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will support the organization in maintaining environmental compliance across various states and will cultivate relationships with local, state, and federal environmental authorities. Responsibilities include conducting air quality emissions assessments and calculations for permitting compliance, greenhouse gas reporting, and annual emissions documentation. The role also involves preparing environmental plans and permits for oil and gas operations, as well as liaising with environmental agencies to ensure timely permit processing and address any necessary corrective actions or violations.

Essential Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental roles within the Oil & Gas sector

- Proficient in evaluating air quality emissions and calculations related to permitting compliance, greenhouse gas reporting, and annual emissions documentation

- Experience in drafting environmental plans, permits, and applications for upstream and midstream oil and gas operations across multiple states

- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance programs and ability to stay informed on regulatory updates

- Excellent communication abilities; organized, with strong problem-solving skills and effective prioritization

- Willingness to travel up to 25% to company assets (domestic travel)

- Proficient in MS Office Suite

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science is preferred
