Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop automation workflows to facilitate the collection, storage, and analysis of data from portfolio companies.
  • Compile financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) for comprehensive analysis, strategic evaluations, and preparation of quarterly reports for Senior Leadership.
  • Support the quarterly valuation process of portfolio companies by preparing financial models and associated documentation.
  • Create and sustain fund models to project performance and returns.
  • Oversee company data dashboards and internal reporting for the CEO, CFO, and investment teams.
  • Prepare financial models and materials for investor inquiries.
  • Assist the Investor Relations team with fundraising efforts, including due diligence and data requests.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and analyses as required.

Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL, and Python is advantageous.
  • Experience in managing extensive data sets, data scraping, and optimization; interest or experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or asset management is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Macros) with the ability to construct complex and dynamic functions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ethical framework.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new skills.
  • Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Finance.
  • While a degree in CS or Data Analytics is not mandatory, intermediate coding skills and basic Excel proficiency are essential.
