About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Work Controls Specialist Energy to join our team in the Richland, WA office.

Job Description

The Senior Work Controls Specialist Energy will be responsible for developing and implementing Work Control processes and procedures. This includes overseeing Work Control personnel and activities, developing and implementing Plan of the Day (POD), Plan of the Week (POW) and Category I and Category II work packages. The successful candidate will also supervise and plan the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and within the facility.

The Senior Work Controls Specialist Energy will serve as Point of Contact (POC) for operations management for all work undertaken within the AEL in support of LAWMAST. They will provide direction to the maintenance staff and operations management on Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and provide department leadership and direction to project support operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and four years' experience in a supervisory position, with two years of field, facility, or project work interfacing with multiple project disciplines. They will also have a valid driver's license with a clean record and evidence of insurability.

The Senior Work Controls Specialist Energy will be responsible for conducting post-job briefings and lessons learned from daily work activities. They will also coordinate with EHS to ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner.
