  • Provide general customer service and support
  • Handle medical records and perform administrative tasks as required

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiarity with computers and scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
