Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant III to provide administrative support to our Chief Technology Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the CTO's schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, and conducting research to prepare summaries and reports.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CTO's calendar, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Conduct thorough research on behalf of the CTO, gathering information and preparing comprehensive reports.
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, and other productivity tools.
  • Valid TX driver's license required; occasional travel may be necessary.
