Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate interdisciplinary care teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure clear communication and coordination of care.
  • Leadership and Mentoring: Provide guidance, support, and feedback to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Clinical Decision-Making: Apply critical thinking and evidence-based practice to make informed decisions, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions to address patient needs.

Requirements:

  • RN with two years of clinical RN experience and current licensure or permit to practice in Texas.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
