Job Summary

Banner Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at our Fort Collins Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients, taking into account their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
  • 2+ years of experience in a critical care setting, preferably in an ICU.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
