Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting, utilizing the nursing process to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice.
  • Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a culture of safety and quality at the point of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and skills in a rapidly changing clinical environment.
Requirements
  • Current CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an ICU or PCU setting.
  • ACLS certification.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
