Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Optimization.
Expertise in global Workday HCM implementations.
Overview:
We are seeking a Remote Project Manager dedicated to enhancing talent acquisition processes and optimizing global Workday HCM for a long-term engagement.
Key Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in project management related to Talent Acquisition and Optimization.
Familiarity with global Workday HCM implementations.
Recruitment Strategy Development:
Ability to conceptualize and implement future-oriented recruitment structures and best practices.
Program Management Office Leadership:
Establish and oversee a PMO for Talent Acquisition, including vendor management and Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Evaluate and allocate necessary resources.
Project Coordination:
Lead and synchronize projects, ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
Proficiency in Project Management Tools:
Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, and Workday System.
Core Responsibilities:
Enhance talent acquisition workflows alongside a global HCM initiative, aiming for a unified system across various locations.
Analyze and refine the recruitment cycle, focusing on structure, processes, and technology.Familiarity with Workday HCM at both U.S. and global levels.
The project focuses on optimizing talent acquisition while aligning with a global HCM project, facilitating a centralized system for recruitment through to exit processes.
Currently, the U.S. is the only organization utilizing all Workday modules, with plans for a global rollout.Benefits Offered:
