Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team at JAB Recruitment. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across multiple departments and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate partnerships with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and organizational needs.
  • Proactively assist in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent through various channels and strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing materials, including search strategies, market mapping, and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.
  • Support department-wide initiatives and projects to drive recruitment process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., human resources, business, economy, marketing).
  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sourcer or in a related recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring laws, processes, and terminology.
  • Ability to build relationships and work closely with key internal and external partners.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with talent acquisition processes, job development, workforce development, and job placement.
  • Solid experience as a Sourcer/Sourcing Specialist, with familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms.
  • Effective communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to connect with people from various professional and cultural backgrounds.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a primarily office environment with some travel to field locations.
  • Travel is required and is anticipated 15% of the time.
  • Required to carry a cell phone and be available to respond during working and non-working hours.
