Job Summary

Agate Housing and Services is seeking a highly skilled Representative Payee Manager to lead our team of Representative Payees. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely management of Social Security benefits for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the finances of our Representative Payee program, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead a team of Representative Payees, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of client funds.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Social Security Administration and managing client funds.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply complex laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
