Culver City Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless vehicle repair experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly and welcoming experience.
- Vehicle Information: Obtain and verify customer and vehicle information to ensure accurate repair orders.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repairs.
- Communication: Clearly explain repair work and charges to customers, and provide updates on the status of their vehicle.
- Quality Control: Verify that all work is completed to a high standard and that customers are satisfied with the service received.
Requirements:
- Experience: Two years or more of experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess strong customer relations skills and be able to identify and respond to customer needs.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using repair order software and other technical tools.
- Personal Qualities: Above-average energy level, personal and professional integrity, and a desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
