Strategic IT Project Manager

The Crosby Company is seeking a highly experienced Strategic IT Project Manager to lead our IT Project Management Office (PMO). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that programs and projects are planned, managed, and governed in a consistent, transparent, and disciplined manner.
You will work closely with our IT Development and Desktop Support Team Leader to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business value and align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business value and align with company goals
- Lead the IT PMO team to ensure consistent, transparent, and disciplined project management
- Collaborate with business partners to provide input to multi-year project roadmaps
- Develop and drive change management methodology across the IT organization
- Manage a team of Business Analysts and Project Management professionals
- Provide business relationship management support and represent IT to manage escalations and demands from across the business
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, budgeting, and risk management
- 7+ years of management experience
- Experience in Financial Services and/or a Family Office is a plus
