- Operates primarily in an office or warehouse setting, maintaining a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.
- May encounter outdoor conditions, including temperature variations and exposure to elements.
- Flexibility in working hours, including potential overtime and weekend shifts, may be required.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary in specific areas.
- Work typically occurs in a climate-controlled office, with frequent use of electronic equipment.
- Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions may occur.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; up to 50 lbs with assistance.
- Capability to navigate uneven terrain and endure prolonged standing for 6-8 hours daily.
- Job entails continuous walking, standing, and sitting, with a need to follow both oral and written instructions.
- Extensive interaction with clients is a key component of the role.
- Adherence to established company policies is essential.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security credentials.
- Specific educational and experiential requirements may apply based on contractual needs.
- Valid State Driver's License without restrictions.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
- Preferred two years of relevant experience in an office environment.
- Demonstrates high ethical standards and professionalism.
