Sales Specialist

ActionLink is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our amazing audio products to customers and promoting our home theater sound technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
- Build relationships with store managers and associates to create a positive impact and increase sales in assigned store
- Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations to identify home audio products that fit their individual needs
- Assist and train store personnel to communicate Sonos information with confidence
- Put Sonos products in the spotlight by displaying them perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
- Be a star by bringing your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative
- Customer-focused by wowing them with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Show them what you know by presenting Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
- Reliable ride by being able to commute to assigned Best Buy location
- Physical stamina by being able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
- Tech-ready by having access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet
