We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team at Artemis Professionals, LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the full general ledger operations, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounting functions for three entities, including domestic and international operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting of financial data and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist with the assembly of finished products accounting and reporting for U.S.-based operations.
  • Monitor and analyze distribution and sales metrics, with a focus on consumer goods, manufacturing, and distribution channels.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Support internal audits, implement process improvements, and contribute to financial planning and forecasting efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements while preparing for external audit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full general ledger operation, ideally within consumer goods, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
