About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Sales Consultant to join our team at Select Event Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Serve as an advocate for the client while maintaining the preservation of the company's reputation and profitability.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the project scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
