Job Summary

As a Virtual Sales Executive at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play a critical role in delivering sales presentations to prospective owners and converting them into customers. This involves using sales techniques and processes to build relationships, cater to individual needs, and follow through with the sales contract process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads.
  • Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner.
  • Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure all required paperwork and legally required documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the customer relationship after the sale is complete to ensure continued owner satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Private office in the home for work and computer equipment.
  • Proficiency in English and computer skills, specifically in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel, and Team.
  • Incumbent is required to maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years plus related face-to-face timeshare sales experience.
  • Experience in virtual sales methodology.
