Compensation Package:
We offer an attractive annual base salary of $60,000, complemented by bonus opportunities that can significantly boost your earnings potential. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as disability insurance, a mon-Fri schedule, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off (PTO).
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide personalized insurance solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients by building customized solutions for their Auto, Property, and Life Insurance needs. You'll interact with clients primarily through phone calls, but also have the flexibility to communicate via email, text, video calls, or in-person meetings.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, we require fluency in both English and Spanish, enabling you to connect with a broader customer base. Prior sales experience is highly valued, as it equips you with the skills needed to excel in this fast-paced environment. It's essential to demonstrate a positive personality, be coachable, and self-driven. Finally, you'll need to obtain a Property & Casualty License if you don't already hold one, and later acquire a Life & Health License to offer Life Insurance products.
