Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description:
The Director of Hotel Sales Operations will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue at our hotels. This includes overseeing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and implementing processes to maximize revenue and control expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth
* Oversee sales teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments
* Implement processes to maximize revenue and control expenses
* Execute operational aspects of business booked, including generating proposals, writing contracts, and customer correspondence
* Proactively develop action plans, conduct sales tours, and entertain clients

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or hospitality management
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
