About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Customer Service Manager to lead our retail store teams. In this role, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to achieve sales targets, while also delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters open communication and teamwork.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of software programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Lift up to 35 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time.
