Regional Sales Leader

The role of the Sales Manager (SM) at Home Depot Exteriors is pivotal in establishing a robust sales environment by nurturing team growth, providing coaching, and guaranteeing outstanding customer service.
The SM supervises a team of Sales Consultants, assisting them in successfully closing sales of HDE's product offerings within customers' residences.
Key responsibilities include enhancing store relationships, overseeing Sales Consultant recruitment, and spearheading lead generation initiatives. The SM is also responsible for evaluating business performance metrics, setting sales priorities, and ensuring superior customer interactions.Reporting to the Field Director Services, the SM is expected to have at least 3 years of leadership experience and demonstrate strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
This position may require occasional physical activity and travel for business purposes.-
