About the Role

Verge Mobile, a T-Mobile Premium Partner, is seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to lead our retail stores in the Knoxville North area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and productive work atmosphere, coaching and developing our team members, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of Retail Store Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coaching and Development: Coach and develop Store Managers to be top performers, hold them accountable for company policies and procedures, and ensure they meet sales goals.
  • Financial Management: Analyze and manage territory P&L, identify cross-market performance gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies to improve financial performance.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Ensure complete and timely communication of company objectives, policies, and initiatives throughout the territory, and collaborate with corporate and operations teams to achieve business goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrate and lead Store Managers to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity through continually improving time management, communication, leadership development, selling skills, sales analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED and 4 years of retail experience, or Associates or bachelor's degree and 3 years of retail experience.
  • Experience: Proven track record in leading a high-performing sales team, with experience in sales, retail, customer service, or food service.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to oversee varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Location: Must live within 25 miles commuting distance to the Knoxville North Territory.
