Operations Supervisor - Fleet Management

The Operations Supervisor is a key member of our operations team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our fleet operations. This includes ensuring that our operators follow proper safety protocols, onboarding and training new operators, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with dispatching units and scheduling projects on a daily basis
  • Assist with project-related biddings and proposals
  • Support business development and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage a team of operators and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid CDL preferred
  • Mechanical skills preferred
  • Ability to work in all outdoor elements for extended periods
  • Ability to climb ladders and work from elevated heights
  • Ability to work extended hours and variable shifts
