Role Overview

  • The Brand Advocate aims to enhance brand recognition and foster consumer loyalty. This role is designed to provide consumers with a memorable and educational experience that captivates their interest.
  • The Brand Advocate is a part-time team member tasked with representing the brand at various events.
  • This position serves as the public face of the brand, and the individual must approach this responsibility with seriousness.
Key Responsibilities

  • Engage enthusiastically and professionally at events, interacting with consumers and customers effectively.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, with a willingness to work weekends and unusual hours.
  • Be present at events from start to finish, arriving on time.
  • Collaborate with the on-site manager to assist with and complete all assigned tasks.
  • Complete and submit event reports following each event.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record or reliable transportation to and from events.
  • Successfully pass a background check.
  • Pass a drug screening; OpTech maintains a drug-free workplace.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Be organized, self-driven, and capable of managing event materials and reporting.
  • Display an outgoing, responsible, enthusiastic, and dependable demeanor.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product and brand.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork abilities.
  • Present a well-groomed appearance.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency in tasks.
  • Possess problem-solving, project management, and time management skills.
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

Experience
Minimum of 6 months related work experience
