This role requires accountability for delivering precise and timely work across a range of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and effective design solutions that meet intricate business and marketing objectives.
  • Create designs for diverse promotional materials including catalogs, advertisements, signage, website layouts, images, and digital assets.
  • Utilize advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Photoshop to produce images, compositions, banners, headers, logos, and backgrounds.
  • Stay updated on current design, marketing, and social media trends.
  • Conduct photo shoots and edit images for both print and digital use.
  • Prepare files for printing with a strong understanding of photography and color theory.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a cohesive design aesthetic.
  • Generate innovative solutions and present various design concepts.
  • Follow company protocols for project management and information retrieval.
  • Foster a culture of communication, collaboration, and creativity within the team.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, articulate ideas, and advocate for best practices.
  • Be proactive and organized, effectively managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Take direction to fulfill creative and business requirements.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in leading design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and print production.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
