Position Overview
As a Mover with College Hunks Hauling Junk and College Hunks Moving, you will serve as the initial point of interaction for clients during their moving experience.
Your role will involve informing clients about our outstanding services and the advantages of choosing us over competitors, ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

- Consistently greet everyone with friendliness (smile, eye contact, small talk) throughout the day, especially clients.
- Present yourself as a friendly representative, starting with a neat uniform and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Inform clients about pricing and services, ensuring they understand the benefits before providing estimates.
- Prioritize safety in all operations.
- Conduct daily truck inspections (tire pressure, oil levels, equipment checks, etc.).
- Ensure the truck is stocked with necessary receipts, safety gear, and marketing materials.
- Price jobs competitively, aiming to exceed benchmarks.
- Make informed logistical decisions regarding disposal, donations, recycling, job completion, packaging, and loading.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the company’s core values.
- Assist in training new hires on daily operations and core values.
- Avoid preventable mistakes that could lead to damage, injury, client dissatisfaction, or lost equipment.
- Regularly check in with your supervisor for additional tasks and guidance.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
If you are passionate about customer service and helping others, you are in the right place. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with assistance.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Valid and active Driver's License.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must be drug and alcohol-free.
- Ability to pass a federal background check.
