Job Overview

Our collaborative work environment fosters teamwork, effective communication, and a strong commitment to meeting customer needs.

Compensation:

$15 - $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carefully manage customer belongings by packing, moving, and unpacking with precision.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with colleagues, clients, and move coordinators.
  • Follow the guidance of the Team Leader and report any damages to items immediately.
  • Excel in a dynamic work setting and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
  • Exhibit punctuality and adaptability in work schedules.
Qualifications:
  • Must pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record evaluation.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience with electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks is advantageous but not required.
