Logistics Operations Leader

Schedule/Hours: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Position Overview: As an Operations Supervisor at PeopleShare, you will be instrumental in driving our organizational success. Your key duties will include overseeing and guiding teams to foster a constructive work atmosphere aimed at meeting business objectives. You will advocate for a culture of mentorship, growth, and collaboration while ensuring clear communication of goals and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams to achieve annual business targets and operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and projects to enhance productivity.
  • Facilitate effective communication with field and production staff, and collaborate with departments such as customer service, materials, and logistics.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory (business or engineering preferred).
  • MBA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven experience in team collaboration and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to drive organizational improvements and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to various company locations as required.
