Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
Position Overview: As an Operations Supervisor at PeopleShare, you will be instrumental in driving our organizational success. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing and guiding teams to foster a constructive work atmosphere aimed at achieving our business objectives. You will champion a culture of mentorship, growth, and collaboration while ensuring clear communication of expectations and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and surpass our annual business goals, initiatives, and productivity benchmarks.
- Identify and execute projects and processes that facilitate the attainment of these objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with field and production teams, collaborating with departments such as customer service, materials, and logistics to ensure operational excellence.
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably in business or engineering).
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience (manufacturing background preferred).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proven experience in team collaboration and a commitment to customer service.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to drive organizational improvements and influence others effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, adapt, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to other company locations as necessary.
