Position Overview

The IT Manager will oversee the comprehensive execution of projects and services within the Master Data Management (MDM) domain, focusing on Architecture and Governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the adoption of MDM and Data Governance initiatives, emphasizing the execution of the MDM strategy to maximize business value through effective data governance and stewardship.
  • Implement an ITIL framework for Service Delivery Management, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage with and influence critical global stakeholders to educate them, build consensus, and facilitate decision-making processes that support master data standards.
  • Collaborate with customers and other stakeholder groups to cultivate productive relationships and navigate the change journey at a suitable pace for successful plan execution.
  • Oversee the provision of training and support to end users, assisting in the change management process within the organization.
  • Ensure that the Enterprise Architecture (EA) application roadmap aligns with the master data strategy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, Finance, and relevant industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or Agile delivery methodologies.
  • A minimum of 4 years of practical experience as a business or technical user of a large ERP system, preferably in manufacturing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of direct experience in MDM analysis, design, development, support, and operations using a leading MDM tool suite is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MDM trends, concepts, and tools in the market, along with in-depth knowledge of master data governance and management principles is preferred.
