Job Overview
Customer Engagement Specialist

Serves as a vital link between sales personnel and clients. This role involves both making and receiving calls to facilitate appointments for clients to meet with sales staff. Responsibilities include gaining familiarity with key aspects of our offerings, reaching out to potential clients from a provided list, responding to incoming inquiries, and addressing basic questions and concerns regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizes meetings between potential clients and sales personnel.
  • Maintains a comprehensive log of calls, including missed connections.
  • Follows up with prospective clients who have not been reached.
  • Reports recurring product-related issues to management for resolution.
  • Accurately records all communications in the CRM system.
  • Participates in sales team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Conducts follow-ups with leads to convert them into appointments.
  • Handles incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Delivers outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Identifies sales opportunities and promotes additional products or services to clients.
  • Keeps precise and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Adheres to company scripts and guidelines for effective communication.
  • Aims to meet or surpass sales targets and quotas.
  • Collaborates with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and computer skills; strong listening abilities, attention to detail, and professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
  • Experience in cold outreach via calls, messages, or emails.
  • Possesses entrepreneurial traits, including logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly professional demeanor on calls and in written communication; fast and accurate typing skills; proficient spelling and quick learning of brand voice.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
Work Environment:

Work is typically conducted in a climate-controlled office setting or may involve travel.
