Customer Engagement Specialist

Serves as a vital link between our sales team and valued customers. This position involves making and receiving calls to facilitate appointments for clients to meet with sales representatives. Responsibilities include gaining a thorough understanding of our offerings, reaching out to potential clients from a provided list, handling incoming inquiries, and addressing basic questions and concerns regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange meetings between potential clients and sales personnel.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of calls, including missed connections.
  • Make follow-up attempts to reach out to prospective clients.
  • Report recurring product-related issues to management for resolution.
  • Document all communications accurately in the CRM system.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Follow up on leads to convert them into appointments.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products or services.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions.
  • Adhere to company scripts and guidelines for effective communication.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills; exceptional listening abilities and attention to detail; professional phone etiquette; persuasive and results-driven.
  • Ability to safeguard confidential company and partner information.
  • Experience in cold outreach methods such as calling, messaging, or emailing.
  • Possess basic entrepreneurial traits, including logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all communications, with fast and accurate typing skills and strong spelling abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications.
  • Sales experience is advantageous.
Working Conditions:

Work is conducted in a climate-controlled office environment or may involve travel.
  • Employees are required to sit, stand, and move throughout their work shift.
