Key Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills; exceptional listening abilities and attention to detail; professional phone etiquette; persuasive and results-driven.
- Ability to safeguard confidential company and partner information.
- Experience in cold outreach methods such as calling, messaging, or emailing.
- Possess basic entrepreneurial traits, including logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit professionalism in all communications, with fast and accurate typing skills and strong spelling abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications.
- Sales experience is advantageous.
Work is conducted in a climate-controlled office environment or may involve travel.
- Employees are required to sit, stand, and move throughout their work shift.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 20 lbs.
- Use of office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers is necessary.
